Hydro-Québec TransÉnergie Optimizes Investment Decisions with the Copperleaf Decision Analytics solution

Hydro-Québec TransÉnergie invests close to $2 billion in the development, modernization and long-term operability of its power system on an annual basis. The company identified a need to improve its long-term strategic asset planning practices through enhanced business processes and AIPM technology. They selected the Copperleaf Decision Analytics solution and integrated it with the company’s SAP system.

Accenture led the project, working closely with the software team from Copperleaf. Hydro-Québec TransÉnergie envisions additional phases to enhance the capabilities that were successfully delivered in 12 months with the completion of phase 1 in September 2014.
