Copperleaf’s Rachel Grillot Wins Alltricity Network Industry Leadership Award
Vancouver, BC, September 25, 2024—Copperleaf, an IFS company, announces that Vice President, Global Solutions Consulting, Rachel Grillot, Ph.D. has been awarded the Alltricity Network Industry Leadership Award for 2024. This award recognizes electrical utility experts for their dedication, service, leadership and contributions to the success of their organization.
Rachel has been an integral part of Copperleaf’s growth into an industry-leading solution provider and is a highly recognized expert in value-based decision making and asset analytics. She has worked with top utilities to help them transition from manual, spreadsheet-based asset management processes, to more efficient, defensible risk-based planning—advancing the way organizations use data and analytics to optimize decision making. She shares her knowledge through webinars, Copperleaf Summits, and external events like the Institute of Asset Management, DISTRIBUTECH and AEIC EPAC.

Her Ph.D. in research psychology expertise makes her an even more understanding and powerful leader. Her research on human motivation and behavior has been published six times in peer-reviewed journals.
Looking to the future, Rachel is working to increase knowledge and data sharing between utilities, to develop asset risk modeling best practices, and better serve customers globally. As Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) expectations grow, Rachel is dedicating time to support strategic capital allocation at utilities, enabling organizations to analyze sustainability impacts when making trade-off decisions, and helping them find the economics in sustainability.
