Nicolas Bergeron is the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Services at Copperleaf Technologies. He leads a global team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving successful implementation of Copperleaf’s asset management solutions.
Nicolas oversees all aspects of service delivery, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their investments. He brings extensive leadership experience from IFS, where he developed scalable customer service models and led regional teams. Known for his operational expertise and strategic approach, Nicolas has a proven track record of fostering long-term client relationships and delivering services that align with business needs. His collaborative leadership style and customer-centric vision have been key to Copperleaf’s success in building trusted partnerships with clients worldwide.
Prior to joining IFS, he demonstrated significant professional growth during his tenure at IDS Scheer and Software AG in both Europe and North America; Nicolas holds an Advanced Masters in Science and Technology from CentraleSupelec and a Bachelor of Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. Outside of work, he spends time traveling with his family and running on roads and trails.
