Often these decisions require selecting one project over another to meet financial, resource or timing constraints. But how exactly do we ensure that we’re picking the right projects? Are we mitigating our critical risks? Are we delivering the most value? Take part in this interactive session to learn more about how value-based decision making can be used to optimise portfolios of projects. Participants from various industries will be challenged to determine the optimal set of projects in a sample portfolio while respecting multiple constraints.
