She has built her own business, successfully launching technology solution into the African market.
Emma is particularly passionate about building high-performance teams and driving sustainable growth through innovation and business strategy. She holds an MBA from Henley Business School, with a focus on innovation and strategy. Prior to her current role, she was the Managing Director for the IFS Africa market unit, where she played a key role in expanding the company's presence across the continent.
