Rob Daleman is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Copperleaf. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he leads the company’s multi-faceted marketing practice to fuel growth and impact in the market.
Rob and his team are responsible for increasing awareness of and demand for Copperleaf products and solutions while evolving the company’s brand. His responsibilities include corporate brand strategy, communications, product marketing, global events, digital marketing, marketing operations and customer marketing.
Before joining Copperleaf, he gained extensive experience leading enterprise marketing organizations in the technology sector including Dell and Avaya. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing at Quadient, where he spearheaded the creation of the Quadient brand and the global rebranding of Neopost, a 100-year-old company, to Quadient – fueling the growth of the organization and transforming the digital experience for their customers.
Based in Toronto, ON, Canada, Rob holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and an HBBA from Laurier University. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching community soccer, playing and composing music, and spending time with friends and family.
