Stefan Sadnicki joined Copperleaf in 2014 as the first employee situated in Europe. Since then, he has been responsible for developing Copperleaf's operations and expanding the team across EMEA, delivering exceptional value and providing extraordinary experiences to a growing number of clients.
He is an active member of The Institute of Asset Management (IAM) - contributing to various initiatives and events. Stefan helped develop the Subject Specific Guidelines (SSG) on Criticality and Risk Management for the IAM and was recently awarded the IAM Diploma with Distinction.
Prior to Copperleaf, he worked for Capgemini Consulting in the UK, helping organizations in energy, water and transportation sectors drive greater value through the use of analytical techniques such as optimization, simulation, statistical analysis, and forecasting. Stefan graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in Mathematics and a MSc. with distinction in Computer Science. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Operational Research.
