Copperleaf Goes Live with Manitoba Hydro CS&D

Vancouver, November 30, 2013 – Copperleaf is officially live at Manitoba Hydro Customer Service and Distribution (CS&D). This achievement marks a significant milestone for Copperleaf as CS&D was the first cross line of business to implement the solution, truly making it an enterprise solution. Since 2011, Manitoba Hydro’s Power Supply Business Unit has been using Copperleaf as their Asset Investment Planning and Management tool and now CS&D will follow suit.

Representatives from Copperleaf travelled to Winnipeg in November to train a wide variety of approximately 50 staff, including VPs who went through manager training. “Training went extremely well and having employees from different departments attend helps with adoption and early usage,” stated Copperleaf Project Manager, Vlad Serdyuk. “Manitoba Hydro was one of our first customers and continues to lead in Asset Investing Planning best practices. Their efforts really show with a strong leadership group and a culture that embraces risk-informed decision-making.”
